When did this happen?
After experiencing sexual assault it is hard to know how to react. You may be physically hurt, emotionally drained, or unsure what to do next. You may need medical attention, emotional or practical support, or considering reporting to the police but are unsure of where to start.
Healing from sexual assault or abuse is a process that looks different for everyone. There is no timetable for recovery but we have a team of specially trained staff who understand what impact rape, sexual assault and sexual abuse can have on people’s lives and their loved ones & will support you in making informed decisions to help you move forwards.
